Eight teams fight every year to reach the summit of the Indian Premier League (IPL), but it is not an easy feat to achieve. For the fourth time in IPL history, Chennai Super Kings will lock horns with Mumbai Indians to be crowned IPL champions for 2019.

6 IPL titles between them, 4 Champions league titles and almost 206 wins in T20s is what these two teams have achieved over the period of their existence. Though the rivalry isn’t like before, but since CSK came back from their ban in the competition, MI has won four of their last five head to head clashes.

MI is very well endowed in the bowling department with six different players to call upon. The fast bowling trio of McClenaghan, Bumrah and Malinga make MI a very deadly attack. With Suryakumar Yadav and Quinton De Kock in superb form, MI are well placed to beat their arch rivals CSK.

CSK might replace Shardul Thakur with Mohit Sharma if at all they make any changes. Other than that the spin trio of Harbhajan, Tahir and Jadeja have performed exceptionally this season. Faf Du Plessis, Dhoni and Watson have shown experience can count a lot this season.

Hyderabad had hosted the final back in 2017 between Rising Pune Supergiants and MI, is all set for another massive clash between the two best teams in the IPL. CSK might not be vulnerable to pressure owing to the experience in their ranks but MI is a well balanced outfit, so the fans are in for an exciting match.
